sd card won't work

just got a new kingston 32gb sd card. formatted on the computer. put it in the phone and the phone won't recognize it. phone won't format it either. card is brand new.

help?

Should ask to formate when you put I in the phone and then work just fine

Probably got a bad card. Did you have any issues with the original SD card ? If not i would return it and get another one.

It's a known issue that 32GB cards don't work very well in most Droids, even though the hardware is SUPPOSED to be compatible. I've read on the forums that some people have to format the card (through the phone) 3 or 4 times before it will work, and that CWR doesn't like making backups to 32GB cards, either.
