SD card slot

Dose anyone know if the new update on the xoom allows the SD card slot to work. I'm not rooted I know u can use it if ur rooted but waiting to root mine.

Nope, but i say why wait, there are 3 amazing kernals out right now with solid sd support and overclocking if u want it. When u get ready to root check out xoomforums.com under development or hacking guides.

See I don't know much about that over clocking roms I rooted wife's x just to get WiFi hotspot but ill check it out.

Okay I'm ready to root my xoom its a 3g but I don't have contract use my unlimited mobile mifi hotspot. What the easy or best way of doing this.
