SD CARD making Launcher Pro/Phone Freeze

I have an 8GB SD Card. Last night I uploaded more music and ever since then, my phone has not been working. By not working, I mean it just freezes. I get error messages saying the Launcher Pro and Mixzing are both having issues. I can't scroll or use my phone at all. I've done numerous battery pulls and taken the memory card out. I actually ran my phone without the SD card in, and it seemed normal. I'm assuming this means there is something wrong my SD card? I just find it weird that it stopped working after doing a task that I've done many times before. I've also downloaded SDrescan, but that didn't help. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you upload the music through the usb cable with the card still in the phone or did you put the card in a card reader and do it on your computer?
