Screen replacement

Hello everyone,

I recently cracked my screen for the Galaxy Note 2 (AT&T provider). The phone still works but the screen is cracked everywhere. I was wondering if anyone has replaced just the screen itself, not the digitalizer. If so, where did you buy the part and how hard was it? Also, the metal part surrounding the phone, what is that piece called? Thank you all!

u can get then on flea-bay but they aint cheap just under £200 uk price, sorry to hear about the screen man!!
