Screen will stay on while charging. Is there a way to change this? I saw something in setup, but cannot find how to turn this off.

That is a setting under
Settings -> developer options -> stay awake
Uncheck and you're good

Edit: wow.. Forum hopping, I'm not in the forum I thought I was. But nevertheless still should be the same.

I looked last night. I could not find a developer option. Am I crazy?

Then go into settings -> about phone. And touch the build number 10 times and it should pop up in the settings

Edit: build number not android version.. That is for the easter egg. Sorry man I'm delusional tonight haha

I can't seem to find the setting to keep screen on while charging anywhere. Did they remove it or did they change the name of that feature?

Settings - about phone - tap on build number quickly 5 or 6 times to unlock developer options.

They started hiding this option on 4.2.2.

thankyou both of you, got it!!! I love how they hide things now. Can this maxx be rooted? If so, is there a program to do it?
