If it's every time you might have a bad digitizer (touchscreen). How long have you had the phone?

Not everytime. But at least once a day. I end up just turning my phone off and on again.

Then you can't just take it back and get a different phone if the problem is bad enough you don't want to deal with it anymore. If you do go back to VZW you'll get a refurb instead.

Not true! The first 30 days are a DOA period. If you get it back before the 30 days are up, you'll get a NEW phone!

DD, if she's had it since day 2 of the phone being out it's been a bit more than 30 days. :)

    Are you sleepy? Haha! ;)
She's had it about 3 weeks and has been having the issue since day 2. So, she's still within her 30 days.

So ur saying that I just spent 300 on a phone I've had for less than 3 weeks and it came screwed up and all they will do is give me another screwed up phone that someone else sent in to get fixed? How does that make sense? Isn't there a reboot or screen sensitivity setting I could do?

Hey furanimal guy ... i've had my phone for 3 weeks. And 3 weeks does not equal 30 days ... at least the last time I looked.... ;)
