I'm trying to screen capture on my phone I was wondering if anyone could help me please

If you're rooted just download an app from the market.
If you aren't then there is a troublesome process to go thru and it just isn't worth it, especially since rooting is so easy.

You can go there to get the file z4root at the bottom of the first post.
You can download it right to your phone, install it and run it.

I suggest your read up on rooting before doing it so you don't hurt yourself.
