Hey I need to flash a my rooted phone to stock so i need to use a sbf but since I have droid 2 bootstrap installed, and it seems like I cant get into the stock boot loader to run rsdlite. Am I missing something is there another key combination or something to get it to work.

Did you follow the directions here?:
Droid Pro SBF File (2.26.20) Full and RSDLite
It shouldn't matter whether or not you have the Droid 2 bootstrap since that's for recovery mode not bootloader mode. And if it's causing problems, just uninstall it (you can always download it again from the market if you need it later).
