Sbf noob here.. please help!

Like the title says, i need some help with sbf'ing.. ive never had to do it before so i have no idea what im doing. im currently on Liberty GB v.9 and im looking to try out the new Justice rom in the toolbox. what do i need to sbf (what files) and what are the steps?? thanks for the help, i always get my questions answered here, you guys are awesome.. thanks in advance!

There is a .ISO file I think on the Droid x forums that you burn to a disc and sbf from there I can't link you to it because it is not slowed so do some research my friend
