sbf mac help

i recently bricked my phone and need help with sbf. Im confused to what to do after i get in ap fastboot. Also im on mac and nothing seems to help

You need to run a program called vmware fusion in order to run rsd. Google up, vmware fusion sbf, and you should be able to find some good info. Hope this helps
