Says 4G but no connection?

I have a bionic (obviously) & it shows 4G & 3G but a lot of times when ever I try to do anything on my phone it says there is no intranet connection...but it still shows 4 or 3G?! I have a friend with the same phone & same problem....can someone please explain this to me.

Those are the data issues that alot of people are having on there bionic phones. Supposedly, Motorola is releasing a fix soon. My bionic is having the same issue as you also. Mine will also say 4g but at times there will be no connection or sometimes mine will drop the 4g symbol. Yesterday, I had a full bar 3g signal but it dropped all of sudden. So I had to toggle airplane mode on and off and it finally comeback after 1min
