Ok, I'll start by saying that I searched and didn't find a straight answer.
I was wondering, since the Droid has been rooted, can you now save the apps to the micro sd card? If so, what root do I do or is it a ROM, or what? Thanks for your help!

    edit: btw, I'm an "app-whore".

You don't need to be rooted to save apps to the SD card. Only if you want to run apps from the SD card. To save your apps just download astro file manager. Also there is not a huge need to run apps from the SD card, as android does allow apps to store most of their resources on the SD card anyways. Plus you really need at least a class 4 SD card or it would be extremely slow.

there are no a2sd roms (or mods) out yet for the droid.

actually the only rom out is 2.1 i believe, which is just a stock rom modified to run on droid.

when a2sd is out, im sure it will be all over the web
