Another week, another spec leak, that is our mantra here at HQ sometimes. This time the leak we have to share is about a new Samsung tablet. For months we have heard rumors about a 12.2 Inch Samsung Android tablet. If this newest leak is accurate, we now know the full specs of this device. Here's the skinny:
    • 12.2-Inch 2560 x 1600 resolution LCD display
    • 2.4GHz processor (of still unknown capabilities - although we suspect it will be an Exynos of some kind)
    • 3GB of RAM
    • 9500mAh battery (the largest battery of any Samsung device so far)
    • Android 4.4 KitKat.
    • Weight 1.7 pounds
    • Measuremets 11.6 x 8.0 inches and 14.1-inch diagonally
This still leaves quite a bit of info we would love to find out. You can bet it will probably have a microSD slot and a Samsung S-Pen style stylus. More than likely it will come in 32GB and 32GB varieties as well. We will keep an eye on this and report any new info, but we suspect the full reveal will be at CES in January anyway, so stay tuned for that!

Sounds heavy for a tablet but then at 12.2 inches it's breaking the boundaries of just a tablet. Definitely wouldn't want to try using this in bed unless you got a custom rig to hold it for you; otherwise your arm would get tired real fast. I wonder if they're heading towards a desktop replacement venue.

    12.2" is not a tablet.

I'm waiting for 50" tablets so I can replace my tv/htpc setups!
