Hi,
I purchased a 2nd hand Samsung Tab 3 today and when I did the software update it seems to have corrupted the operating system.
It will not boot up it just crashes and stays on the samsung logo that shows on start ups.
It will not let me open the safe mode thing.
And it will not show up on Samsung Kies!
I hope someone can guide me to a way to fix!
It's a long train journey to return it to the shop and I doubt they will help me!
