This stupid program has taken over my phone. The music player has taken over my lock screen and won't go away. I can't find a way to disable the app. Any way to get rid of Samsung hub?

You can turn off Samsung Music but not Samsung Hub. What do you do to open Samsung Hub?

The first time was to discover what it was, the other times because I have fat fingers and hit it by accident.

Hate to Say It - The HUb took over mine as well - I never Use it to play music and don't want any.
I have all I need.

If I wake the screen to the lock screen - it's already there.
Never happened before recent update - but really annoying-

I did the best I could do going into settings of the HUB sub menu - to turn off push and anything else I could fine -
Sure enough - it's black rectangle widget player is on lock screen when I wake up the phone.

I'm still a little new to Droid - but if it keeps up -
and starts eating limited shared data while away from Wifi - I'll be fuming...

Now forced to use block all feature - then go into phone list and pick out allowed -
man this HUB is brutal to want your cash at any chance it gets.

UPDATE-

Found Samsung Hub App - in Application Manager - ALL Tab - Clicked it open -

Hit FORCE STOP button - This better work -

I ALSO Noticed at the HUB app to force stop it - there's also a Show Notification check box - it was checked -
now that checked box is in dim mode now that the app is forced stop.

GOOD LUCK..

It's Back - - -

Again go to settings - App Manager - All - Samsung Hub - it shows grayed out Force Stop is applied,

Regardless - The full size widget is always on my lock screen when I wake it a few hours later.

No idea what to do next - must be some coded app in the mix of running apps not obvious to set off.
