It looks like Samsung is ramping up the hype machine on the Galaxy SII. They just released a commercial yesterday, and now they released another. This one actually shows off an interesting feature of the phone: advanced voice-talk. Although I doubt it works as well as the commercial shows in high winds, if it works as well as advertised without wind it will be a very useful feature... "Look ma. No hands!"

I do this now using Vlingo...it works great. Voice recognition is good and it also takes your incoming texts and reads them to you. You can also use it to find places just by speaking commmands. It shows you a map and all that good stuff. It is like "voice talk" and "where" all put into one. You guys should try it if you haven't already. I use it everyday. Great App!

I don't get it. So if his fingers are so cold that he can't press anything, how does he activate the voice recognition??

Yo I heard that voice talk feature was leaked to the market under a name called "Vlingo".. Oh wait, Vlingo's been out crossplatform for ages you say? Huh, look at that...

Don't know anything else about the phone except the commercial. Just watched it during my daily pre-work web browse session.
