Samsung Galaxy s4 factory reset problem

Hey guys!
My s4 was not able to recognise a sim card, so i reset the factory and it did not help, but the problem is now, that after the reset, the music player has flaws and the music stops approximately in every 10 seconds and in 0'5 seconds it runs again, i don't know how to say it properly. Anybody can help?

I'd try clearing the cache of the music app. If that doesn't help then try clearing the data of it. And if that doesn't help then you could try another FDR

i did reset it 2 times, and it is the same,clearing cache and data does not help eather

That's odd. Have you tried another music player to see if the problem persists? It could be your music files.
