The Galaxy S and tablet were not going to get ICS then Samsung retracted the statement and said they "are reconsidering." After reconsidering the update they decided upon a "value pack" and then again retracted it.
Well hold onto your seats because the "Value Pack" has been leaked in the form of a ROM. The question remain, is Samsung still going to release the Value Pack despite previous statements? We don't know. What we do know is that this ROM has a build date of December 29th (long before Sammy denied it's customers the pack.) At this point it's any ones guess what will happen and we surely are not going to even attempt to speculate.
So what goodies does this ROM have? Well the ROM includes camera fixes for recording video, Photo Editor from the SII, new Lock Screen sounds, faster auto-rotate, betterI/O performance, smoother browsing, faster Gallery and some other enhancements. Quite a nice list don't you think?
