I just had the police at my door as my phone decided to send an emergency message with google maps link to my listed emergency contacts. I hadn't been using the phone in hours so definitely didn't trigger it. I did find a couple of other instances of this when searching online. Nice feature but not worth "the boy who cried wolf" drama!

Welcome to Df, deeskis! That's a first. I agree, nice feature but not if it happens at random. If you figure out what triggered it, let us know.

Welcome to the forum! Do let us know if you find out how it happened. Can't say I've ever heard of it happening on it's own.
