According to the above photo on Verizon's database, the long run for the Samsung Fascinate has come to a close. Verizon has officially "RETIRED" the device. More than likely, the newest phones that will replace this lineup will be the Galaxy S series. In fact, their is a lot of buzz going around that the Samsung Stratosphere, which will be coming September 8th, is the long-awaited Samsung Galaxy SII version for Verizon. Still, as popular as the Fascinate was for so long, it is definitely in the realm of possibility that we will see a mid-range Fascinate II phone come along some time in the future to sit next to the flagship Galaxy S line. If not, R.I.P. Fascinate.
