Samsung Dive - Lost Phone Set up?

I am trying to activate the Remote Control option with SamsungDive service in case I lose my phone or it's stolen.

To set up I have to go to ....
Settings>Security>Find my Mobile to configure Remote Controls. BUT,I don't have that section. Any thoughts?

I just looked at this and it appears this is a feature that vzw has disabled. I even signed in to my samsung account and there is still no option to activate remote control.

Verizon wants to charge you for that feature so they disable the free one.
