Maybe I'm not making my point. I would love to have a large screen on a wall in each room of my home (aside from my TV), that I can display beautiful images on and to enhance the aesthetics of my home. But to put them in place of the actual windows would do two things I wouldn't want, block real sunlight and make me feel closed in - even if it's an image like the one above.

Now, if that images were 3D (without need for glasses), and live such as waterfalls, rain forests, ocean waves such as at a lighthouse point, birds migrating, giant bird murmurations (), the milky way in motion (at night), etc., then I'm all for it.
