safeatrap malfunction

Ok I've been all over the forums and all over the web and haven'T found my answer so i'm hoping someone here can help me. A few weeks ago i installed eclipse using safestrap had no issues all ran great. Yesterday. I decided i would flash ics gummy afterwards i immediately. Flashed the gaps rebooting and it sat on a blackacreen for about two hours. Finally i was able to reboot my safeatrap was off and red when i got to the screen there was mr android welcoming me telling me to touch screen to begin. Ok still have root but safe strap app missing van someone tell me what happened? Can i reinstall safe strap and enable it again? And has anyone heard of this before? Thanks for the help
