S7: Qi or not?

So I told my S7 friend to order that Qi charger on the news page.
"Are you sure it works"?
Of course, I'm an expert.
THEN I double checked. hehehe
Nowhere on the VZW site does it say wireless charging.
Nowhere on Samsung site does it say wireless charging.
I had to download the product manual to find this little blurb:
"The S7 is compatible with wireless charging devices approved by samsung"
*sigh... OK but aren't there 2 standards? Is it Qi?

Why is Sammy hiding this info? Is it just such standard issue nowadays (you know it's not)???

It actually supports both standards: Qi and PMA.

I've used my S7 Edge with multiple Qi chargers that I own, and it's worked perfectly with them all.

I have three different QI manufacturers. My S3, S5 and S7 all charge on all three. I do not yet own a fast wireless charger.
