S5 Screen mirror failed because of a hardware issue

I got a new Samsung UN60H6300 and used the screen mirror feature, it was pretty cool except for the fact I was able to play video but no audio.

I just switched to a contour cable box with Cox. When I tried to use screen mirroring, I got the message on my phone "Screen Mirror failed because of a hardware issue". Can anyone help???

I thought it was pretty nice to have this feature. I have the TV and phone on the same network.
