S5 mini gone mad

Ok, so I give up, for three four months whenever I'm trying to connect to play market or my gmail account etc my phone is returning a network related error message, tho my network is fine I'm sure, this happened after I made a factory reset. Some games encounter erorrs either. I tried to flash a rom from sd card, but it does not install even though it writes that installation is successful... Odin doesn't recognize my phone (I've tried everything, it really doesn't recognize) and there is no root so rom installer won't work beacause I can't install custom recovery without root....soooo in this desperate situation of mine is there at least smth I can do (except of bying new phone...I've heard enough of such jokes ~_~)
