I'm not sure why root isn't sticking. I have a 2.2.2 D1 and have been trying to root using rzrecovery and following the Root Droid 1 - regardless of OS version guide.

I flash rzrecovery with RSD Lite, boot into rzr and then navigate to the update.zip and install, all successfully. But when I reboot into Android I'm not rooted and see the stock recovery image if I retry. Am I missing a step?
