running Safire 1.0; downloaded Google apps but it won't install

I was running Sapphire 0.8.4 and really enjoying it.I downloaded version 1.0 without difficulty as well as Google apps. When it asks me after rebooting to finish with Google applications, and I get to the green Droid, nothing happens when I tap ittle guy.

Obviously can't go any further at this point.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
