    Hey hey,

So about 90% of the reason that I rooted my phone was because I heard that you could save all of your apps to you SD card (leaving your internal memory untouched) and run them from there. That way, your SD card, which has tons of memory, takes the bulk of the storage for the apps and you don't ever have to worry about filling up your internal memory. Is that possible? I've rooted with Chevy's rom, and so far I have not found a way to do this. any suggestions?? Thanks!

You don't need to be rooted to do that. You just need to be on 2.2. You can move apps to the SD card through the market or use an app like apps2sd to make it easier.

Apps to SD the "Froyo Way" isn't as good about saving space as the old "apps2sd" method seen in CyanogenMod version 5. It's still pretty good, though. When you move an app to the SD card, only SOME of the space taken up will move. The cache and local data will still remain on internal memory.
