rsdlite 4.6 issues rooting droid

Okay so I bought another droid off Ebay and am trying to root it and apply simply stunning v.5 on it, but I can't get the phone to root. I rooted my first droid that I am currently using and applied simply stunning to it and it worked just fine. I'm trying to do the same thing now with the same files I used before same steps but Rsd will not detect my phone. What do I do? I do not have this new phone activated yet on my plan is that the issue or am i missing a step?

Ahhh this happened to me and I never got it to work, tried everything.......if you have a linux box try sbf flash and if that doesnt work............. i used super one click and it worked like a champ....i suggest the later and as aways if you use soc support the dev.....unfortunately im to lazy to link but its on the xda site..if your to lazy to search then enjoy froyo. cheers mate dancedroid
