i have the droid x2, im thinking of swaping it for the droid3, would, that be a. better move or stick with what i got???

That sucks. Sbf has never caused a problem. I can't see what could be easier. Go over everything step by step and try again. I know you said you checked youtube, but here's a vid that may help. It's for the dx, but the process is the same. Good luck

Could be a bad sbf file. It wont let you click start if its not a complete file

Hopefully things get worked out. From your latest post it looks good. But id agree about the bad SBF file.
