Ok would that be the 2.3.320 or 2.3.340 sbf?? And is it the FULL one??

Sounds to me like your not running RSD Lite with Administrator rights?
Or is your phone in the BOOTLOADER MODE??

    Close RSD Lite.

Right click on the RSD Lite icon on your desktop
    Go to properties......
    Click on "Compatability" tab......
Select the "Run as Administrator" Checkbox......
Click the "Apply and "OK" buttons.

    Re-open RSD Lite.

You can also download this file, Extract it...and copy the .ini file into your directory where you installed RSD Lite.

    Idea

You may want to download the MASTER OTA update.zip for your phone and update that first, if you can get into the recovery mode. Then try to reflash. But it sounds to me like you need to just go into your recoverey and do all the wipes starting at the bottom and work your way towards the Factory reset. Then try to re-flash with RSD. That or you bootcamp drivers are not up to date and interferring. You may need to find a friend or family member with a PC and do it on there.

    IF you are rooted:

Follow the directions on the second link I posted to get you back to complete STOCK 2.3.340.

    If you are not rooted:

You would Download the first file, Copy to your SDcard, and flash from within the Recovery Mode.
