RSD Lite 4.9 Won't Allow me to Start?

My phone is connected and seen in RSD Lite at the Bootloader, but when I choose what SBF file the Start button stays grayed out? I'm lost...

I don't know why it started working all of a sudden. I simply changed the location of the sbf file from my downloads folder to the desktop.

That's what I do. Put it on the desktop. Works everytime
