    All,

So I seem to have upgraded to BB 1.0 from 0.9 just fine, but one thing I really miss already is the round battery icon in Smoked Glass I was using.

Does anyone know if the old round battery icon patches to Smoked Glass still work, or must I wait for someone to come out with one?

Also, are there screenshots of the other themes anywhere?

    Thanks,
    Warr

Here's the green one and the white one to use with MM(MetaMorph). Should work with old and new versions of MM.
I've only tested them on BBv1.0 using the NexTheme.

    • Make a backup of your current ROM first - Better safe then sorry ;)
    • Download and copy it to the AndroidThemes folder on sdcard.
    • Turn on USB debugging.
    • Open MM and select Unzip/Extract - Select colorRoundBattery.zip It'll complain about wrong file etc after it extracts the files, and MM will close. This is OK.
    • Open MM but this time select Pick Existing Theme
    • Select the colorRoundBattery folder and select the xml or thm, depending on which MM version your using.
    • Select the framework-res.apk in the SubThemes and Apply it!
    • Select Continue then reboot.

I followed these steps, phone rebooted... but battery is not showing up. I guess I'm going to need to use the nextheme in order to get rid of the ugly stock battery. :(

Weirdest thing, I just tried it using the nextheme (liking it way better than smoked glass so far!!!!) but I still can't get this guy working. Is there anything I should be doing with terminal first? the phone reboots just fine but I still have the stock image.

Would anyone happen to know if upgrading to the new/paid version of MM and using the xml file would yield better results? I'm not sure if this is a major issue, but I never get the option to reboot/not reboot. it always reboots itself as it's applying the framework-res.apk file

The new version, paid and free, use the xml format.

I installed smoked glass theme but battery left % doesn't refresh. It stays at same number after a reboot or a charge. Any ideas how to fix it?
