I waited a long time to get that lock screen back, but in the meantime, I found something I like even better - using the menu button to unlock the screen. So, even though I now have the ability, via UD 6.0.0, to have the rotary screen, I decided not to use it.

Oh, I agree 100%. That lock is much nicer (and more attractive looking) than the sideways gizmo they replaced it with. I'm just lazy, and like tapping Menu to unlock the phone. :)

Sorry those links are not allowed at Droid Fourms. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. I do not want to start a debate on the who's what's and why's of the matter. But the best way to get the links you are looking for is to use google.

Not to throw a dagger at UD -- kudos for the rotary lockscreen -- wish he would give back to the community so other ROMs could incorporate the rotary lock. That's the least he could do.

Lol, I remember that debate. I also remember how many people were watching it. The forums had to of been the most watched when it was going on.
And to the op, in a personal oppion, what's faster ud or bb .4? I use to be into Ud (until that new era thing.... to much was happening like the site changing and such so I changed my rom) I remeber ud being the smoothest rom at the time. (In my opinion)

In my opinion and after extensive testing of a whole slough of roms, I've settled on UD as it is the fastest and most stable for me.

What's more, I sorely missed the rotary lockscreen, so this and the equalizer make UD a dream come true.

    Uhhh...no.

Not only is lockbot buggy and slow, its an extra app you're installing that is running a lot in the background. Kind of a lose lose situation. But just imo.
