If this fits in your budget, the impressive new Huawei Android Wear Smartwatch has a hot new variant that stands at the top of the "premium" category (at least for smartwatches). They have a new Rose Gold colored version of the watch that is actually stainless steel wrapped in 22K gold plating. The one with the "alligator pressed brown suture fine-leather strap" (shown above) starts out at $699.
For $100 bucks more ($799) they will eventually have one that has a matching 22K gold plated wrist band. This second one isn't available just yet, but is coming at some point soon.
For many of us, spending this much money on a watch might be a bit of a "budget stretch" but we must admit, the Huawei Android Wear watch is the pinnacle of premium in the smartwatch world. Sound off if this is something you could justify this holiday season.
