Their half and half but I have restarted my phone and still freeze.
Have you gotten CWM to stick? Also, are you on a ROM now or just stock rooted?
I would try going into recovery and wiping cache, then reboot. If that does not help then maybe try a reset.
I am stock rooted. And I am pretty sure the root sticks because everytime my phone restarts root checker tells me its rooted. Its just when I try to flash a ROM I think it takes over because it gives me a Android man with a warning sign.
That sounds like stock recovery still. Have you flashed Clockwork Mod Recovery and have you modified or deleted that file specified in the instructions? If you do not do those 2 things you will not be able to flash anything, such as a ROM, or boot into CWM after the first reboot of the device.
I deleted that file. But can you tell me how yo reflash CWM because Im pretty sure I did that.
You can use ROM Manager. When you open it just look at the top for the option to flash clockwork mod recovery and select it. You will need to be on wifi.
Once you do that boot into it, also using ROM Manager. Once you boot the device back into Android then delete the file. If that does not work try doing the same thing only with deleting the file before going into recovery.
I deleted that file a long time ago and it dosent let the boot loader start up. Any other file that I can try or any other options
PLEASE HELP ME. I think I bricked my phone. Getting phone logo with warning sign with a computer sign. Any luck? Please help me my parents will kill me. But when I charge my phone it shows a charging logo. Please help me.
What is the best ics rom for the charge
What does that mean
I am not sure what you mean here, it sounds like you may be in download mode (which is a Samsung thing) but it is hard to tell from your description. Also, what happened or what did you do to get to this point?
Sounds like download mode but just to be sure, try Powering down your phone. Remove battery. While holding volume down, plug your usb cable in with Odin open. Download mode should appear. Put battery back in.
From there you should be able to install a CWM and then also a ROM. Custom ROMS come with the file already deleted. I would not use ROM Manager on the Charge-Never tried myself but have heard bad things about it for this phone.
