Rooting Question...

Can someone point me in the right direct on how to completely Root my D1 with build FRG22D..It would be GREATLY appreciated.

When I go to install te update its telling my installation aborted...SPRecovery installed fine...I have the zip file on the root of my sd card and its named update not update.zip because its already being read that way on my PC
