Can we make a thread for Rooting basics so we can simplify the millions of questions asked in muliple threads lol

First off if you just rooted using Z4Root whats the next few critical apps you should install?

    - Titanium Backup - (Backups app + data when flashing roms)
    - Root Explorer - (Complete file manager, also used to remove bloatware)
    - Droid X Bootstrap - (Bootstrap Recovery, Reboot Recovery. A must have to flash any rom)
    - Droid Overclock - (Speeds up phones performance)

If you want to install a custom rom how would you go about doing so?

Also if you can list the free critical apps that work just as good as the others?

    Thanks!!
