Hello there...

Unrooted, your pretty much stuck with what you got from the store. You have little customization, such as wallpapers, ringtones, launcher app (Launcher Pro or ADW) and regular apps.

If you are rooted you can install ROM's, Themes, Overclock/underclock and get rid of bloatware (apps you don't use or cant uninstall).
