Rooted Phones: How to Stabilize Battery after .901 update???

So I was reading some posts I think on the .901 feelings topic saying you that if your phone was rooted, you had to stabilize to battery to have the affect of the .901 update in which supposedly, your battery is supposed to last longer. Does anyone have a list on how to do it. I read something about Clockwork so if you need additional items to stabilize it, where do you download those things?

Download Battery Calibration from the market. Charge to 100 percent then run that. it deletes a file....then full discharge and one more full recharge.
