1. You want that $100.00 in your pocket or an Amazon Fire TV don't you? Well here's the deal. With our new updated look we are in desperate need of an updated logo. The 'old' one has certainly served us well, but it's time. Find all the details here: bit.ly/1q0k6Wa

Rooted my phone taking these steps below:
Video: Flashing SPRecovery SBF to Stock 2.1 | Droid Life: A Motorola Droid Blog

I'm trying to have my Mobile Defense app, non uninstallable and GPS enabled via internet. I tried looking up the FAQ in Mobile Defense, but being a generally newer person to the rooted community I was stumped. Does anyone have any feedback on how to do this step-by-step?

    Thanks for your time!

Installing Mobile Defense as a system application [OFFICIAL] (Page 1) - Tutorials - Mobile Defense

    Instead, use Root Explorer.

    1) Go into /data/app/ and long press on com.neevo.mobiledefense.apk and wait until the options to pop up. Press "Move". ("Pate" and "Cancel" should pop up on the bottom of the screen)
    2) Now use the back button to get back to your root, and go to /system/app and click "Mount R/W" on the top right.
    3) Click "Paste" on the bottom
    4) Long press on the file and click "Permissions"
    5) Set to 755 (Top row all checked, next 2 rows are "Check" "Uncheck" "Check")
    6) All done. Click "Mount R/O" when finished

Hey, thanks for the fast reply and thorough instructions! When I have time I will go ahead and apply them to my phone. If I have any questions I hope you would be available to answer them. Again, thanks a bunch!
