I Rooted My DroidX B4 The Update Came In I Thought I Was Never Going To Get It,Now It Downloads The Update And Gos Through The Process,Then The Phone Restarts And An Then Its Says (The Software Update Failed) What Should I Do? Thanks In Advance For Your Help.

Did you remove or rename any apps? Not thru the apps manager, but by renaming/deleting with root.

If so, undo any of that and try again. The OTA fails if it is trying to update something that isn't there.
