Rooted D2G Stock Rom, SU issues

Hi guys, So I just ran into some problems and need your assistance. I bought WidgetLocker from the market and noticed I could not bypass an Android feature that required Root. I am rooted. The message indicates that I am not rooted, or that root access is denied. SU does NOT pop up when this occurs. When I go into SU and hit Logs or Settings, it crashes and reboots the phone. I have updated SU from the market, so it is up to date. Also, BusyBox will not install. (don't know if that means anything or not) Any ideas? I am thinking about going back to Fission anyway, so it may get rid of this issue, but I figured I would ask.
