Haha... Yup... The method it uses was made for the Droid 3... But works on all motorola Droids running gingerbread.. And it's really easy

LOL, Dont worry, I am gonna soak up all the knowledge I can from you wonderful Droid peeps. I will eventually learn and be able to make all these things on my own! But for now...I will just type to you, until someday someone like me starts asking for answers and I can actually do it! I feel like i am in college for droids...

I dont know how to get a custom rom and wireless tether, so I will start researching...I will let you know when I get there because i definitely wanna make a wifi hotspot for my ipad.

Custom roms require Droid 3 bootstrap from the market and a computer to download roms. You tube vids and forums here are very helpful. Enjoy your Droid!

But you will want Droid 2 bootstrap... It plays nicer with the ginger kernel

I am trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible when it comes to rooting. So far it seems complicated but this link seems the easiest I've seen so far. I'm on 4.5.605 will this work for me
