root/4ever root permissions settings?

I thought I read a little while back but now I can find the thread about the permissions when/after forever rooting. In root explorer I looked in the system/bin/mount_ext3.sh and all 9 boxes are checked. I "thought" that the two boxes( center and bottom) in the middle "write" column were suppose to be unchecked. ?
