Ok im pretty new to this...using rom toolbox pro can I flash to a custom rom from from stock rooted gb without sbf back to froyo first?

Yes. Pretty much all of those ROMs except for Liquid and Justice can be flashed over GB. Just make sure you wipe data and cache before you flash. Also, I have had issues making backups through the toolbox, they wont restore. So if you are wanting to make a backup, use D2 boostrap

Yes that is excellant advice I have NEVER had any luck flashing a rom anywhere other then recovery
