Dog is saying that data is not the most reliable on jb ROMs. And signal strength can sometimes suffer also. At least in my experience.

I know what he means, to me its been the complete opposite.

Don't know about anyone else, but I have had a grand total of zero data issues ever since the first time I installed one of the ics leaks. Coincidentally, I never went back to GB either.
