Maybe I missed it but has a ROM been developed for the RAZR yet? Or is everyone waiting for ICS to be released first??

I'm debating if I want one now, or wait until ICS is released and see how it runs. Decisions......Decisions......Decisions. LOL

They are. However if you are rooted you can usually change the ROM, but sometimes they take time to develop.

They are locked but the awesome Dev community always finds a way around them - they have been since the X ;)...

The ICS 4.0.3 ROMs that have been ported over by DroidTh3ory and gang are running great - the only thing missing currently is the a functioning camera.

They are locked. A custom rom and rooting is possible with a locked boot loader. It is s-off and kernel swapping that is not possible with a locked boot loader.
