Rom won't start up and disabled safetrap. what to do?

Hey guys, i run into a little problem, i was just trying to update safetrap from version 2.x to 3.. and in some point the procedure says "Go into the existing version of Safestrap and use the “Remove Recovery” button to remove the Safestrap files from the stock /system.". so i disabled the safetrap (i guess i do wrong here). Now instead of booting my custom rom, bot with factory rom (at least is my guess), but splash screen of Droid and never finish starting. and now dont have safetrap any more to install other rom. There is another way to install a rom, enabled safetrap or other way out?

i relpy myself just in case other need answer to this, i found "Flash+Verizon+DROID+3+OTA+5.6.890+to+phone_psouza4" that with one click restore my phone to default. if someone need it can google it, or write.
